How to troubleshoot issues on your terrestrial receiver
Please refer to the table below if you encounter any issues.

LED indicator is not lit | The mains lead is unplugged or power switch on the back panel is OFF | Check the mains plug and the power switch on the back panel |
No signal found | The antenna is disconnected | Check the lead of the antenna |
No picture or sound on TV or amplifier | HDMI or SCART is not selected on your TV or amplifier or the unit is set to higher resolution as the TV supports. | Switch to correct TV/amplifier input |
Scrambled channel | Channel is scrambled | Check if you have the rights to watch this channel |
No response to the remote control | The receiver is off
The remote control is not aimed correctly
The batteries of the remote control are exhausted | Plug in the receiver, turn on the plug and flick the power switch ON. Aim the remote control at the front panel

After moving the receiver to another room/area you are no longer able to receive digital reception | The antenna signals are too weak | Press [INFO] on the remote control to check the signal bars on screen and adjust the antenna for (maximum) reception. Alternatively, do a rescan of the channels. |
The receiver switches off automatically | The {Auto Standby} function is enabled | Disable {Auto Standby}. See section <7.3.3> for details. |
Playback of video causes picture freeze/macro blocks or similar distortion, especially on HD content | The read speed of your USB device could be too low | Make sure to use a USB storage device with sufficient speed and space. Pen drives (‘USB sticks’) may not support sufficient speed. |
