Warning: Before connecting to the Web UI, make sure that your SIM card is properly inserted and that the PIN is disabled or entered.

Once you are in the Web UI, you can notice that several statuses can be written next to the SIM card status line:

Case 1: The SIM Card is not inserted or not detected and there is no connection to the mobile network.

Case 2: The SIM Card is inserted properly and detected but there is no connection to the mobile network because the SIM is locked by a PIN Code or because you may need to wait for the network to be detected (if the network is not detected after waiting for a short time, please check the APN settings and enter the information for your service provider).

Case 3: The SIM card is inserted properly, and the PIN code is entered. The connection is working.

  • If the SIM card is locked with a PIN CODE, you must connect to the Web UI to enter it and unlock the SIM card.
  • If the SIM card is not detected, please check that the golden side is not visible when the SIM card is inserted in the slot.
  • If the SIM card is not positioned properly, reposition it in the slot and check that the SIM card is still in the adapter.
