How do I update the firmware?

Online update (recommended): Management > Upgrade > Online Update > Update. The router checks for and installs the latest firmware automatically.

Manual update: download the firmware file (.bin) for the FALKY2K-S from www.strong-eu.com. Go to Management > Upgrade, select Manual Update, choose the file, and click Update. The process takes 5–10 minutes.

Warning: Never disconnect power during a firmware update. Always verify the file is specifically for the FALKY2K-S model.

Tips: To check the installed firmware version: Settings (⚙) > Device Information > Software Version.
