My Wi-Fi network does not appear in the device list

  • In the Web UI, go to WLAN > WLAN 2.4G > Basic Settings and check that 2.4G Radio Enable is checked and Hide SSID is unchecked.
  • Repeat the check under WLAN > WLAN 5G > Basic Settings for the 5 GHz band.
  • If settings are correct, restart the router via System Tools > Reboot > Perform Reboot.
