My IPTV service does not work

  • Go to Advanced > IPTV Configuration > Proxy. Select the WAN interface used for IPTV and check Enable Proxy, then Save & Apply.
  • If multicast IPTV is used, also enable IPTV Snooping under Advanced > IPTV Configuration > Snooping.

Tips: If your ISP assigns a specific VLAN ID for IPTV, configure it in Network > WAN Configuration with Service set to IPTV or INTERNET+IPTV.
