I cannot access the Web UI at http://192.168.1.1

  • Make sure your device is connected to the router (Wi-Fi or LAN cable).
  • Use http:// — not https:// — in the browser address bar.
  • Clear the browser cache or try a different browser.
  • If you previously changed the router LAN IP address, use the new address instead.
  • If the page still does not load, perform a factory reset (see FAQ I forgot my administrator password / How do I factory reset?).
