How do I run diagnostics (Ping, Speed Test)?

Ping test: System Tools > Diagnostic > Ping Test. Enter a target IP or domain name, select the interface, and click Start.

Traceroute: System Tools > Diagnostic > Traceroute Test. Traces the network path — useful for identifying where a connection drops.

Speed test: System Tools > Diagnostic > Speed Test. Select the WAN interface, direction (Upload/Download), and target server, then click Start.

Tips: If an issue cannot be resolved, prepare your serial number (Status > Device Info > Device SN) and contact STRONG support at www.strong-eu.com.
