The APN is not configured or the connection cannot be established

In most cases the SIM automatically configures the APN. If the Internet connection is not established after inserting a valid SIM, go to Mobile Network > Profile Management and verify the APN field matches your operator’s access point name.

  • Authentication Type: Auto (recommended).
  • IP Type: IPv4V6 (dual stack, recommended).
  • Username and Password: leave blank unless your operator explicitly requires them.

Click Apply to save.

Tips: Go to Mobile Network > Network Setting and make sure the Network Mode is set to Auto (5G Pref) for automatic connection to the best available network.
