It is likely that the numeric keys of your remote control are not yet activated the first time you start the Live TV app.

In this case, if you press them, the following message will appear on your TV screen:

These keys will be active after you call firstly the channel list.

To fix the issue, press the LEFT navigation and the channel list will be displayed. Then, press EXIT button. Now the numeric keys are activated.
