What do the icons of the LEDS on the router mean?

Your router has different LEDs that represent the status of network.

If a LED 4G or 5G LED is lit, it means that the network indicated under it is ON. If the LED is green or orange your network is ready to use, if the LED is red or OFF, you might need to check if your internet provider works properly in your area or if it is link to the right network type.

WARNING: The phone call and data access cannot be done at the same time. That is why the 4G or 5G LED blinks when the router receives a phone call. After the call ends, the data access is re-established, and the LED becomes stable again.
